Sono un cuoco amatoriale con diploma alberghiero che ha lavorato per alcuni anni nella ristorazione. Spero di condividere la mia grande passione con voi.
Tutto nasce da bambino quando mi sono ritrovato a leggere l’intera enciclopedia di cucina della Curcio. Da lì è nata una passione che è sfociata prima alla Scuola Alberghiera e poi nella ristorazione. Accade che a volte la vita ci pone delle scelte e forse ho fatto quelle sbagliate, ma la passione, la voglia di creare e di fare in cucina è rimasta . Ed ora vorrei cogliere questa occasione per creare un sito dove selezionare e proporre a tutti voi le ricette trovate su riviste, siti internet e libri di cucina che possono essere realmente valide per eventi, festività o cene particolari. Non sono uno Chef, sono un selezionatore che mette una parte di se’ nelle varie ricette ripresentandole a voi in una nuova veste. Quelle che vedrete in questo sito sono le mie foto dei piatti che provo, scelgo e presento a voi. In tutto questo “ricercare” e “scoprire” non mancherò di pubblicare anche delle mie personali ricette.
La cucina è fantasia, è voglia di vita… è vita! E’ condividere e stare insieme, nonostante tutto questo sia molto faticoso ed impegnativo niente da più soddisfazione di poter dare qualcosa di te alle persone e vederle soddisfatte.

I am an amateur cook with a hospitality degree who worked in catering for some years. I hope to share my great passion with you.
It all started when I was a child, when I read the all cuisine’s encyclopedia by Curcio: from that moment was born a passion. It began first in cooking school and then in catering. It happens that in life you have to make some choices and maybe I did the wrong ones, but the passion, the desire to create and do things in kitchen are still here. Now, I would like to take this opportunity to create a site where I select and I propose to all of you the recipes that I find on magazines, web sites and cuisine’s books that can really be efficient for events, festivities and particular dinners. I’m not a Chef, I’m just a selector who put a part of himself into recipes presenting them again with another dress. The recipes you will see in this website are the courses’ pictures that I try, choose and in the end present to you. In all of this “to reserch” and “to discover” I will share with you some of my own recipes too.
Cooking is creativity, it’s desire to life… it’s life! Cooking is also sharing and stay together, in spite of everything even if this is very hard and demanding, there isn’t nothing better than give people a part of you and after that see them happy.
